Like most Sancerre producers, Roger also draws on vines across the Loire river in Pouilly-Fumé. This ripe full wine shows this appellation's richness and its potential for aging. Its lime and green plum fruits are shot through with acidity and balanced by a tangy rich texture. Ideal served as an aperitif with goat’s cheese or with fresh fish as a starter.
