The fruit was hand harvested over an 18 day period in October. 'Scrambled Sticks' comprises multiple lots that were blended in the summer before bottling. The Pinot Gris, Ribolla Gialla, and Tocai Friulano are a blend of skin contact, and direct press juice, and are fermented and aged in both clay amphora and neutral oak. The Chardonnay is all direct press, fermented and aged in neutral oak.
