This year is a large mix of varieties - Merlot (50% whole cluster), Barbera (destemmed), and Freisa (50% whole cluster) all co-fermented together. They then direct pressed small lots of Mourvedre, Sagrantino, Cabernet Franc, and Grenache in and macerated until the ferment went dry.
