The Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Blanc comes from two parcels planted in 1997 and 1999. The nose is inviting, with lemon and lime citrus fruits, very cool and airy. The palate combines roundness of fruit with a surprising depth of mineral intensity; the finish is lightly honeyed and saline at the last. Drink 2022-2027
