The Naveran estate has been making Cava - Spain's answer to Champagne - for over 100 years, mainly using native grape varieties. However, the 'Dama' comprises 85% Chardonnay and 15% Parellada, all organically grown on vines planted from 1975 to 1993. A more modern, Champagne-like expression than most other Cavas on the market - the wine possesses tiny, elegant bubbles, fresh pears, and warm baking spices.
