The lunar cycles dictate the rhythm of the vines and each key stage of winemaking, right up to the creation of the precious wines. The Chenin Blanc vines here dig deep into the schist and weathered spilite, a type of basalt. The volcanic rock imparts tension and vigor to the wine. Natural and biodynamic winemaking principles are used.
