The lunar cycles dictate the rhythm of the vines and each key stage of winemaking, right up to the creation of the precious wines. A singular rose, vinous and with great structure, light color, and an expressive nose of red fruit and spice. Works wonderfully with summer dishes, a great aperitif, or food wine.
