Natural Wines Although there is no official definition of what makes a wine “natural”, we’ll help explain the main principles behind this fashionable category. You’ll learn that organic is the starting point to make these wines and a lack of intervention in the winemaking process is the norm. However, there are a lot of pretty bad “natty” wines out there so we’ve combed through what is out there to present a selection of delicious natural wines for you to discover.

Cider-craft In this class we'll try a variety of mostly dry and off-dry ciders from different regions. Join us as we embrace this autumnal season and delve into the world of adult apple juice! Cider first gained its popularity in 13th century Europe because it was often safer to drink than water! From the careful selection of fruit, to the unique fermentation process, these ciders are special, hard to come by and definitely NOT Angry Orchard.

Orange Wine - Halloween edition! With Halloween a few days later, come experience all things orange as we explore a selection of wines that are made with the skin-contact method. Learn how white grapes are kept in contact with the clear juice to extract color and tannins in the same way as red wines are made. This could be a good evening to test out your Halloween costume as it’s just a few days before the big event….
