"Flower Power" is a blend of 70% Albariño and 30% Grüner Veltliner, organically farmed at North Canyon Vineyard in Santa Maria, Santa Barbara County. Three weeks co-fermented on the skins, and aged six months in tanks. Disko's goal is to bring the old world to the new world in one of the youngest, yet “best” climates there is – Santa Barbara County. All of their wines are fermented with native yeast, minimal sulfur additions and aged in neutral vessels. High acid, low alcohol. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Beauty and simplicity.
