Serious deep and dark fruit - chocolate covered cherries in the best possible way, a hint of mocha in there. This is a wine with a lot of personality: slightly brooding, but perhaps because people have been underestimating its mysterious elegance for too long. 92% Cabernet Sauvignon & 8% Chardonnay organic - native yeast - fermented in stainless steel - aged 5 months in oak + 5 more months in stainless steel - unfined - unfiltered - minimal SO2 added.
