Not all Marlborough Sauvignons are created equal. This is a step up from many Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs on the shelves, crafted by talented winemaker Steve Smith MW. Part-fermented in foudres to add a hint of mealy depth, this has vibrant but not overpowering Marlborough fruit, with notes of lime, blackcurrant leaf, herbs and a stony complexity. Lovely typicity, with class.
