This red blend is 80% Espadeiro and 20% Caiño Tinto, organically grown, with nothing else added. Aged in amphora and made with warmer-weather drinking in mind, it balances concentration with liveliness. Constantina Sotelo grew up on the family estate she now runs with precision and passion. Full of lovely aromatics up front, the 80/20 unfolds into bright, smoothly-textured, blueberry jam and hibiscus vibes. A bit of ocean salinity and tea-like tannins make for a downright delightful, medium-bodied springtime red.
