Echiga Beer opened the first brew pub in Japan in 1994. Japan's first craft beer brewery. The establishment of Echigo Beer was therefore also the birth of Japanese craft beer. A citrusy and light IPA that clocks in at 55 IBU. Crisp, sessionable, and perfect to accompany a meal. Well-balanced with a light body that pairs exceptionally with Japanese food.
