Ine Mankai Rose Mukai Shuzo
Mukai Shuzo is a 100% pure sake brewery headed by Mukai Kuniko, one of Japan's first female head brewers. This unique sake is partly made with an ancient red rice variety which gives its red color to the sake. A beautiful rare representation showing balanced levels of sweetness and acidity. Its unique tart cherry and pomegranate notes pair it with a wide variety of savory dishes, but Kuniko prefers hers with a nice piece of dark chocolate.
