100% Sauvignon Blanc. Low intervention. One month of skin contact with partial whole-cluster carbonic maceration. Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months. Aromas of apricot, orange blossom, green tea and acacia, with hints of cinnamon, clove, fennel, and eucalyptus. Fresh and ample with firm tannins. As it evolves in the mouth, it offers a nice bite, showcasing a great balance between fruit and fresh oak. Lingering notes of peach and menthol.
