Wavy Wines is a Los Angeles-based natural wine project formed by Jude Zasadzki & Eliot Kessel. They make wine from organic grapes, using only native yeast. Sunshine has Zip and Pip from Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Muscat - all skin contact through the fermentaion and according to Jude it's "Like ocean spray grapefruit" We think he's bang-on with both the description and this dang delicious wine!
