Wavy Wines is a natural wine initiative based in Los Angeles, founded by Jude Zasadzki and Eliot Kessel. Their wines are made from organic grapes and fermented with native yeast, encapsulating the vibrant essence of California’s sun-drenched vineyards. Sunshine has Zip and Pip from Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Muscat - all skin contact through the fermentation and according to Jude it's "Like ocean spray grapefruit".
