Wavy Wines is a Los Angeles-based natural wine project formed by Jude Zasadzki & Eliot Kessel. The Wavy "Neon Pale" is a natural rosé of Sangiovese that is a crisp, light, and juicy wine made using organic grapes and native yeasts, and is bottled unfined and unfiltered with zero added sulfites. Notes of white cherry, pomegranate, and citrus rind. Crisp, light-bodied, and crushable (ideal for chilling).
