This wine showcases the broad flavour spectrum of Central Otago Pinot Noir - a bouquet with scents of dark cherry, plum and baked raspberry. A light savoury and dried herb note that is precise, sure-footed and effortlessly drinkable. Uplifting redcurrant and squashed strawberry, underscored by a savoury sprinkling of tarragon and tapenade. Lengthy and well made, coming into balance through 2023 with best drinking from mid 2023 through 2029.
