We make every effort to ship your item out the next business day and will communicate any major delays. Please email us at info@divinevintage.com with your order number if you need any items expedited. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping delays may occur during high-volume times of the year, such as the holidays; please excuse any tardiness in processing your order during these times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available within 3 miles of the shop. Deliveries are made during business hours only We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are our store hours - please check our website for hours and bring your order confirmation.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@divinevintage.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
