Easily our most prolific Italian producer at Divine Vintage, we love everything Vajra does!! Though the Langhe Nebbiolo has a similar journey to the Baroli wines, the outcome is intentionally different. Coming from younger vines, the wine undergoes a long, gentle maceration period. The wine will age for 8-14 months in stainless steel to retain the pure fruit and generous aromatics; it will age in neutral oak only when needed. This bottle can be drunk immediately or cellar if desired.
