Pet-Nat, short for Pétillant Naturel, is a sparkling wine that has its roots in the ancient French Méthode Ancestrale. It involves bottling the wine during its first fermentation to trap natural carbonation, resulting in a cloudy, unfiltered wine with light bubbles and fruity flavors.  Mylonas Pet Nat is a Greek sparkling wine made from the ancient Savatiano grape in the Attica region using the "ancestral" or "pétillant naturel" method. It is a clean, modern, and delicious expression of an old grape and method, sealed with a crown cap and meant to be enjoyed fresh.
