A bold Cabernet Franc from Uruguay, this dry red has more of a Bordelais expression. Fermented in concrete, then aged in untoasted French oak casks for 12 months, this is a dark and structured wine. Dark fruits, plenty of tannins, and a notable oak spice aroma accompany its medium body. Pair with grilled beef and provoleta.
