At home in exciting Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, TRESOMM is an all-organic wine project founded in 2017 by three California sommeliers. This is one of the rising wine regions in North America, and this bottle delivers Graciano with a touch of (the more familiar indeed) Syrah. This is satisfying red made from a variety rarely seen outside of its homeland in Spain. Pair it with chorizo tacos or grilled tri-tip.
