Traditional Rioja Crianza made using the distinctive "trasiego" method—manual, gravity-based racking from barrel to barrel every six months, without pumping or agitation. Founded in 1992 by Pedro Peciña Crespo with his three children after Pedro spent over 20 years as head agronomist for La Rioja Alta. The estate farms 50 hectares in San Vicente de la Sonsierra using organic practices with no chemical fertilizers.
