Hand-harvested at full maturity, the grapes undergo a gentle, spontaneous fermentation, with a carefully managed maceration to extract just the right amount of tannin and aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged in amphorae and underground cellars, allowing it to develop supple textures while preserving the energy and freshness that make great Cabernet Franc so compelling. The result is a silky, lifted red that is both structured and approachable. Ripe black cherries and red currants dominate the nose, intertwined with delicate notes of graphite, violets, and soft spices.
