A small estate occupying a tiny valley close to San Pietro in Cariano in the Classico zone, Nicola Scienza’s highly persuasive wines are distinguished by the breadth of their aromatic profile, focusing on primary fruit and sheer drinkability. This Amarone is scented and seductive, with an almost floral freshness. The palate is juicy and round, with notes of liquorice, dark chocolate, and dried and candied fruit flavours. There's good acidity and firm but very ripe tannins, with great length and definition on the finish.
