Perched on the heights of the Poncié hamlet, at an elevation of 400 meters, Le Clos Poncié comes into view. Steep slopes exceeding a 45% gradient, with shallow granitic soils, planted with traditionally goblet‑trained old vines over 75 years old. On these southeast-facing slopes of pink granite, the grapes benefit from magnificent sun exposure, yielding a structured, sun-kissed wine that only time can refine. The winemaking combines 50% whole clusters and 50% destemmed grapes, with a few days of semi‑carbonic maceration followed by fermentation in 45 hL truncated conical wooden vats.  Certified organic since 2020
