It was one of the first in Italy to specialize in processing aromatic herbs on an industrial scale, using only Piedmont and Italian-grown raw materials. It soon became one of the leading companies in the field of medicinal herbs. Its products, herbal extracts, infusions, amaro liqueurs and syrups were appreciated throughout Italy. Marolo's Vermouth Bianco Domenico Ulrich is a white vermouth with an aromatic profile, featuring notes of vanilla and mint. This is a semi-dry to sweet vermouth, based on a 19th-century recipe by Dr. Domenico Ulrich, and is made with Cortese wine from Piedmont, Italy. The vermouth is characterized by a delicate balance of sweet and bitter notes, with hints of lemon, berries, and a subtle spiciness. It has a perfect balance between sweet and bitter notes, great both for mixing or drinking straight, with or without ice. This is the aperitif par excellence.
